As a Dedicated Crew Chief, I totally agree with this statement. As fellow seniors keep telling us, "We let the pilots fly." LOL! Without our signature of approval stating that the aircraft is fit for flight on the plane's record book, the pilot wouldn't even have to step out of his office to fly the plane. =p
